Ardo Yahaya Global Ventures is a legal entity founded by Aishatu Bashir Ardo, it is registered with the Cooperate affairs commission (C.A.C), and Federal Inland Revenue (FIRS), with the registration number TR 2421 and 2001112-0001 respectively. Ardo Yahaya Global Venture are livestock experts that are into the business of livestock consultancy services and other Agricultural related activities such as fattening of both large and small ruminants, setting up and running of milk collection centers, pasture establishment, supply of pasture seeds, capacity building of Youth and Women in various aspects of Agricultural activities e.g Artificial insemination, animal husbandry practices, livestock feeds and feeding practices etc.
The CEO – Aiahatu Bashir Ardo holds a master’s degree in Animal Production and Management and a first degree in Animal Science and Range Management. She has special training in Artificial Insemination ( cattle breeding) and has over ten years working relationship with the pastoral community in various states of the North East and has participated in a lot of Livestock development related projects both at states and National level, Such as:
1. Our most recent project currently under execution is supply of sixteen thousand (16,000kg) kilograms of bracheria seeds Niger state government for the establishment of their Dairy Development Initiative project.
2. Another recent project which is currently going on is the Co-ordination of the implementation of the Cattle Upgrading Project through Artificial Insemination in the six states of the North East states by the Presidential Committee on North-East Initiative (PCNI), which is being implemented by RIF-Build Nig. Limited.
3. Other projects are the FADAMA Cattle Upgrading Project through Artificial Insemination in Adamawa state funded by the World Bank in the year 2008 which had up to 70% success rate.
4. The participation in the implementation of the Agricultural Transformation Agenda in some of the states in Nigeria ( Adamawa)
5. The co-ordination of the survey on Artisanal and small scale women in Mining in Taraba State by the Federal Ministry of steel and Mining.
